How does billing work?
You'll be billed either monthly or annually, depending on your selected billing cycle. We accept all major credit cards. Annual plans save up to 17%.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a limit on how many books we can add?
No — all plans include unlimited book entries in your library catalog.
What happens after the 30-day free trial?
After your trial ends you'll be prompted to choose a plan and enter payment details. Nothing is charged during the trial period and you can cancel at any time before it ends with no charge.
Is LibraryAid GDPR and COPPA compliant?
Yes — LibraryAid is fully COPPA compliant. Student data is stored securely in Google Firebase. No student email addresses are collected. Students log in via a school code and username — no personal email required. Data is never sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes — your library catalogue can be exported as a CSV at any time. Student reading data and VIPERS scores are also exportable. Your data is always yours.
