If you are not satisfied with LibraryAid for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. To be eligible:
After the initial 30-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time:
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days only. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be canceled to prevent automatic renewal for the following year.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have full access to LibraryAid until the end of your current billing period.
You can cancel your subscription in two ways:

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.
