If you are not satisfied with LibraryAid for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. To be eligible:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase
• This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions
• Contact us at support@libraryaid.net with your subscription details

After the 30-Day Period

After the initial 30-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time:

• You will retain access to LibraryAid until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days only. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be canceled to prevent automatic renewal for the following year.

Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have full access to LibraryAid until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription in two ways:

1. Through Your Account Dashboard: Log in to your account and navigate to Subscription Management to cancel your subscription
2. Contact Support: Email us at support@libraryaid.net with your cancellation request

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

Exceptions to Refund Policy

Refunds may be denied in the following circumstances:

• The refund request is made after the 30-day eligibility period
• There is evidence of abuse or violation of our Terms of Service
• The account has been suspended or terminated for policy violations
• Excessive refund requests (more than one refund per year)

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of LibraryAid after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
